FAMILY:

My Mum, Maria Yone and my Dad, Walder still live in my hometown, Fortaleza, Brasil, with my brother, Walder Jr. who is a doctor and my sister, Cristiana who is a psychologist. My younger sister, Angélica who is a journalist lives in Spain. I am very close to my family because they always gave me a lot of support and love. I try to spend as much time with them as possible, at least I travel to Brasil once a year and when I have a weekend free, I escape to Madrid. I recently got married to a building constructor, Luca Cieri in a private ceremony. We live in a beautiful house in the center of Rome.

FITNESS:

I spend at least one hour a day doing aerobic exercises. I think playing tennis is one of the best ways to release tension. To relax I play with the racket three times a week, it's my new passion!

HEALTHY TIPS:

Have a good fitness regime is important but it's not enough if your mind is not open. Sense of humor and optimism are essential to look great too. Give a smile to yourself everyday when you wake up and people will find you more beautiful than ever. Is you see first the good things, life will become easier and happier.

HABITS:

My friends often call me Camel! The reason is I drink more than three litres of water a day. I'm always thirsty and believe me, it's really healthy. Try to do the same, your skin will feel the difference and will be grateful.

BIOGRAPHY:

Born and raised in Fortaleza, a lovely city in the North-East of Brasil, Lilian Ramos was the typical girl who always dreamt to be an artist. At school, she surprised everyone with her first acting at the age of ten during the theater classes. Years later, with determination and following her instinct, she became a model. At first, she tried to conciliate the catwalk and photographies with the journalism studies but finally the fashion shot won. In 1986, she left her hometown to launch her career nationwide. At Fenit, the most important fashion event of the country, in São Paolo, Lilian gave the first step to consolidate her dream: be an actress. She has numerous film, theatre and television credits in Brasil. Lil was the protagonist of three plays, three successful movies and several specials for TV. She has participated in the most popular humour programm in Brazil: Os Trapalhöes, a huge success of Globo Television. One special character was written for her (a beautifull and inocent woman, of course) on the programm Praça Brasil, another popular Tv show of Bandeirantes Television. In 1994, the brazilian actress accepted a new challenge and swop Rio De Janeiro for Rome. Invited to be the showgirl of the humor program of Gaspare & Zuzzurro on RAI National Channel, Lilian found in Italy a new and sweet home. Nowadays, she is developing TV and movie projects in Rome.
